    We are providing tenants the opportunity to Self-Inspect their property, rather than (in place of) routine inspection of the property by an agent of this office.

    I/we the tenant/s, upon submitting this form, understand and consent to the passing of these photographs only to those directly related to the property ie. Property Owner, Property Manager, Contractor/Tradesperson Agency Principal etc. I also acknowledge that these photos will be retained as part of my file tenancy file, and retained for the period of time permitted/obligated by legislation.
